I wish I could say that I learned how to make this dish during my days in Minnesota (it has the word salad in the name and mayo as a significant ingredient), but this came to me from an East Coaster.<\/p>\n<p>The below is a rough sketch for the salad. \u00c2\u00a0Use whatever portions of ingredients suit your taste.<\/p>\n<p><i>Ingredients:<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 13px;\">Small red onion, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li>3-4 stocks of celery, chopped<\/li>\n<li>3 5 oz. cans of tuna, drained<\/li>\n<li>1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups of mayonnaise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>Directions:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Mix it all together in a bowl. \u00c2\u00a0Chill in the fridge. \u00c2\u00a0And enjoy. \u00c2\u00a0(I like mine with a little Louisiana style hot sauce.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This tuna pasta salad is one of my summer staples. \u00c2\u00a0It&#8217;s great with some grilling. \u00c2\u00a0Prefect to have in the fridge for a quick no cook meal on a hot day. \u00c2\u00a0Prefect for a midnight snack, if you&#8217;re my roomate Nick and your girlfriend recently started sleeping over.
